AGRA Spring Exhibition

The fourth seasonal exhibition by members of the Australian Guild of Realist Artists (AGRA). This is the final exhibition for AGRA members to gather exhibition points, before the 2015 Art Excellence Awards exhibition, which are by invitation only.
Read more about AGRA's program of seasonal exhibitions.

The Australian Guild of Realist Artists’ Ltd was created in 1974 by the distinguished artists Paul Fitzgerald AM, Sir William Dargie, Kathlyn Ballard OAM and Kenneth Jack OAM in response to their perceived need for an entity to represent, nurture and encourage those artists whose art encompassed the traditions of realist art from Classical painting to Impressionism, Contemporary Realism and beyond.

For this reason the Guild provides a supportive environment for those artists who paint in this genre. Its activities include exhibitions at AGRA Galleries in Camberwell, Victoria, Hues magazine, workshops, demonstrations and much more.
